One of the most common sources of a leak is cracked or improperly installed vent pipe flashing. Texas Roof and Remodel will inspect your homes vent pipes and repair them as needed. 

Nail pop or in other words, a nail that has come up and partly out of the roof decking, is a cause for concern. As part of the roof tune up, Texas Roof and Remodel will nail these shingles back down and seal them properly. This will help make sure the roof is functioning properly. 

During the roof tune up, our customers can expect Texas Roof and Remodel to remove debris from the gutters to make sure water doesn't find it's way back up the roof and into your home.
